Solomon, managing shareholder of the Miami law firm office, has been selected for Leadership Florida Cornerstone Class XXVIIII Program for 2020-2021. This is the 39th year Leadership Florida has brought together the best and brightest leaders in Florida.
The Leadership Florida Cornerstone Program is intended for established leaders in the community. Programming consists of two and three-day sessions held in cities throughout Florida, refining well-developed leadership skills via sessions with leading experts, relevant information on Florida's history, demography, diversities, challenges, and opportunities.
Solomon is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in business bankruptcy Chapter 11, out-of-court workouts, restructuring law and representing fiduciaries. Solomon has represented various constituents in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors and out-of-court workout matters. He has also represented debtors, lenders, trustees, receivers and purchasers of assets out of bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings on a national basis.
