Led by attorney Ron Ponzoli, the firm’s religious organizations team is experienced and sensitive to the unique needs and legal challenges faced by these institutions, including matters involving risk management, constitutional law (especially related to separation of church and state), defense of sexual misconduct claims, wrongful death defense, personal injury claims defense, land use and zoning, tax law, employment law, regulatory compliance and succession planning.
