GrayRobinson Attorneys Re-Elected to Florida Bar Board of Governors and Elected to Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors

ORLANDO – January 2, 2019– GrayRobinson, P.A. announced today that Gainesville shareholder Stephanie Marchman and West Palm Beach shareholder Ronald "Ron" Ponzoli Jr. have been re-elected without opposition to The Florida Bar Board of Governors. Marchman will serve in the eighth circuit and Ponzoli in the fifteenth circuit.

Additionally, associate attorney Leslie Arsenault Metz was elected without opposition to The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors in the fifteenth circuit.

All three will serve two-year terms in their positions.

A graduate of University of Florida Levin College of Law, Marchman focuses her practice on representing private and public sector employers in the areas of labor and employment law, civil litigation and government law. She has served as President of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, President of the North Central Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and Chair of The Florida Bar’s Federal Court Practice Committee.

Ponzoli focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions, partnership and shareholder disputes, complex tort litigation and construction defect actions. In addition, he is founder and Chair of the firm’s Religious Organizations practice, devoted to legal issues faced by churches and other faith-based organizations. He earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Ponzoli is the past president of the North County Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, past chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee and is an emeritus member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court.

A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Metz concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels. She counsels clients in matters regarding business disputes, shareholder derivative claims, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, trade secrets and civil thefort Metz is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Executive Women of Palm Beach County and is past president of the Palm Beach County Gator Club.

The Florida Bar Board of Governors is a 52-member organization with exclusive authority to formulate and adopt matters of policy concerning the activities of the Bar.
