MIAMI, FL – September 25, 2017 – GrayRobinson, P.A. announced today that attorney Maria A. Hudson has joined the Firm as of counsel in its Miami office.
Hudson formerly worked at Miami’s Stolzenberg Gelles Flynn and Arango, LLP.
Hudson joins GrayRobinson’s real estate practice group, where she’ll focus on residential and commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate related matters. She represents clients in the preparation of sale and purchase contracts, including the purchase and sale of retail shopping centers, office buildings and vacant land. She has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of corporate transactions and negotiating and documenting business transactions. She is also a real estate title insurance agent.

Hudson received her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
