TAMPA, FL – May 16, 2017 – Alcohol and food law attorney Elizabeth Deconti, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law firm office, was featured in the Hotel News Now article, "Unexpected Alcohol Liabilities Hoteliers Might Face." DeConti spoke at the 2017 Hospitality Law Conference on the topic of dram shop liability. Her presentation, "Dram Shop Review 2017," summarized a few unexpected ways in which hoteliers might be liable for injuries caused by intoxicated guests, whether or not they were served on site.
