Four Attorneys Join GrayRobinson

ORLANDO, FL – February 10, 2016 – Four attorneys joined GrayRobinson in the firm’s Orlando law firm office. Robert L. Harding joins as a shareholder, Nora H. Miller and Rouselle A. "Bo" Sutton, III as of counsel, and Jonathan C. Squires as an associate. The four attorneys will add to GrayRobinson’s Real Estate, Construction, Corporate and Health Care practice groups.

Harding concentrates his practice in the areas of health care and real estate. He assists his clients with HMO mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He also serves his clients in all phases of real estate transactions, development and commercial dealings.

Miller concentrates her practice in business relationship structuring, corporate, lending, real estate and health care. She is experienced in the formation of various business organizations, including limited liability companies, partnerships and S corporations, and drafting accessory contracts and agreements, such as shareholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements and loan documents. She has assisted various types of entities to achieve corporate structuring goals, including mergers, reorganizations, acquisitions, dispositions, multi-state expansion, nonprofit status recognition, foreign ownership and tax objectives. She also assists clients drafting and negotiating documents, including shareholder agreements, procurement procedures and regulatory filings.

Sutton is a Florida Bar Board Certified construction attorney. He assists architects, engineers and contractors in addressing the legal challenges of conducting business in Florida, including litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and risk management. Bo’s commercial litigation practice focuses on complex business disputes and complex, commercial actions. He also serves as General Counsel to Pandera Systems, LLC, a cutting edge business intelligence and analytics firm based in Orlando, Florida with a nationwide Fortune 500 client base.

Squires is a transactional attorney with broad experience in real estate, corporate, lending and tax matters. His real estate practice involves representing developers, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in both commercial and residential transactions. He also represents both borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and drafting of loan documents. His tax practice includes advising clients on state, local, federal and international tax matters. Squires speaks French, Italian and Spanish.
