The IADC is an invitation-only association for lawyers and insurance executives who represent corporate and insurance interests around the world. Mr. Barry is a civil trial attorney who focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense, professional liability defense, transportation litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, complex litigation and construction. He has extensive experience representing physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, nurses, technologists and other health care providers across the state of Florida in matters involving professional liability, risk management, general liability and premise liability. He also defends automobile and other vehicular liability cases involving commercial conveyance and common carriers and represents insurance companies in first- and third-party claims and coverage disputes. Mr. Barry has litigated civil matters for his clients in both federal and state jurisdictions as well as state administrative actions involving professional licensure and discipline.
