GrayRobinson Welcomes Jennifer A. Coffey to Its Tampa Office
TAMPA, Fla. -- February 11, 2013 -- As GrayRobinson continues to expand its presence across the state, Jennifer A. Coffey will join the Tampa office of GrayRobinson, P.A. as an associate in the firm's real estate practice group. Coffey brings a strong background of legal experience to the team, including representation of financial institutions, drafting loan documents and term sheets, oversight of real estate closings and public finance transactions. "Jennifer is an ideal addition to GrayRobinson's real estate team," said GrayRobinson President Byrd F. "Biff" Marshall. "Within her relatively short career she has accumulated a diverse background in the fields of finance and real estate litigation, and will make a great addition to our Tampa office." Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Coffey was an associate at Arent Fox LLP in New York where she also was a paralegal prior to receiving her juris doctorate from Columbia Law School. In addition to her work on real estate and public finance transactions, she represented bond trustees, credit enhancers, insurers, and bondholders in connection with their recoveries on defaulted bonds. During her time at Columbia Law School, Coffey was a staff editor of the Columbia Human Rights Law Review. She completed her undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College where she was a staff reporter for The Dartmouth and served as program chair of Little Kids LEAD, a local service mentoring program for area elementary school students.
