Rullan Chairs 3rd Annual Seminar on the Legal Status of Puerto Rico (4/24/10)

As chair of the PR Status Seminar Committee, Francisco "Frank" A. Rullan is organzing the 3rd Annual Seminar on the legal and political status of Puerto Rico. The seminar will take place on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida.

Frank, attorney in GrayRobinson's Fort Lauderdale office, is vice president of the Puerto Rico Bar Association of Florida 4th District.
