Blau Presents at Alcohol Law Symposium (10/18/09)

Richard Blau, chair of GrayRobinson's Alcohol Beverage & Food Department, traveled to the Windy City for the Alcohol Law Symposium held October 18th through 20th.

The second annual Center for Alcohol Policy (CAP) Alcohol Law Symposium featured an impressive list of expert presenters and panelists, including assistant attorney generals and Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning. The event was held at the Hyatt Regency Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.

The Alcohol Law Symposium included 10 educational sessions, and topics include the history of U.S. alcohol regulation; the intersection of alcohol supplier contracts and state alcohol laws; an examination of federal and state trade practice laws and liquor liability laws; and the effect of globalization on alcohol laws in the U.S.
