Grimm to Teach Masters Program at the Rollins Crummer Graduate School of Business

WILLIAM A. GRIMM, A PARTNER IN GRAYROBINSON, TO BECOME PROFESSOR OF PRACTICE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND NEGOTIATION AT ROLLINS COLLEGE

ORLANDO, Fla. (August 7, 2009) -- GrayRobinson is pleased to announce that effective September 1, William A. Grimm will become professor of practice in entrepreneurship and negotiation at the Rollins MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business. In addition to his role at the Rollins MBA, Mr. Grimm will remain of- counsel at GrayRobinson.

Previously, Mr. Grimm was an adjunct instructor teaching entrepreneurial finance and negotiation at the Rollins MBA and, for the last six years, has served as the chair of the advisory board for the Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship.

"Over the years, I've become a business advisor and executive coach as well as a lawyer for the entrepreneurial companies I've served," according to Mr. Grimm. "I will bring my many years of experience with venture capital, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and negotiation into the classroom for the Rollins MBA students."

Before serving 34 years as an attorney, Mr. Grimm developed his financial savvy as the chief financial officer of a publicly held company, and later as a vice president of corporate finance for an investment banking firm. He has served as general counsel for many of the most successful high technology companies in Central Florida and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator. He was recognized in Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend's "Florida Legal Elite" again this year and was listed in the 2010 edition of Best Lawyers In America���®. Mr. Grimm is the author of What Entrepreneurs Need to Know: Avoiding Big Mistakes That Can Prevent Success (Trafford Publishing, 2006).
