LAKELAND, Fla. (June 1, 2009) -- Richard Nail, Family Law attorney in the Lakeland office of GrayRobinson, P.A., was recently reappointed by the president of The Florida Bar to the Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Nail's reappointment to the committee is for a term that lasts until 2011 and is in keeping with GrayRobinson's firm-wide belief in the importance of legal specializations and continuing education. Nail is also board certified in Marital and Family Law. Most recently he was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Family Mediator. The Board of Legal Specialization and Education (BLSE) oversees the work of all certification committees, while also seeking out and identifying certified attorneys that can provide the general public with expert legal services. The BLSE committee members must also evaluate the criteria for the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) accreditation submissions, among other education-related duties. Nail has practiced law for 36 years with a specialization in family law. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Nail managed a private practice for 28 years, during which he became Board Certified by the Florida Bar in family law. As a member of The Florida Bar, the Clearwater Bar Association and its Family Law section, and the Lakeland Bar Association, he has dedicated his career to not only establishing credibility as a practitioner, but also to continuously striving for excellence through certifications and other meritorious endeavors.
