    Miami, FL - February 14, 2013 - Peter Quinter, a shareholder in both the Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices of GrayRobinson, P.A., chaired and moderated a panel discussion on North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Verification Visits at the fall meeting of The American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of International Law. The meeting brought together attorneys practicing international law from across the country to explore the field's key issues and interest areas.

    Quinter holds several positions within The ABA, including vice chair of the Customs Law Committee and the International Transportation Committee. He is also active in The Florida Bar, currently serving as chair of its International Trade and Customs Committee and secretary of the International Law Section. He is a member of the Customs and International Trade Bar Association, and sits on the Board of Directors for both the South Florida Chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association. He has been named a Florida Super Lawyer seven times, one of the "Best Lawyers in America" in the area of FDA Law four times, recognized by Florida Trend as a "Legal Elite" five times, and named by Chambers USA as a leading individual in the practice of International Trade and Customs Law.

    Quinter is the chair of GrayRobinson's Customs and International Trade Law Group, and is the editor of the firm's Customs and International Trade Law Blog, www.GRCustomsLaw.com. He is board-certified in international law.

    Quinter earned his law degree from The American University, Washington College of Law, and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
