Craig is a senior associate with the firm's Orlando office, where he is a member of the Employment Law Practice Group. He represents employers in all areas of employment law, including, but not limited to: discrimination; retaliation (including workers’ compensation retaliation); the Fair Labor Standards Act; the Family and Medical Leave Act; and the Americans With Disabilities Act. Craig’s practice also includes drafting, negotiating and litigating employment-related agreements (including restrictive covenants, such as non-compete agreements), as well as preparing and reviewing employment policies, procedures, and handbooks. Craig is also a member of the firm’s Higher Education Practice Group, and has experience in providing advice and counseling with regards to Title IX compliance and investigations.  Craig also has extensive litigation experience in a variety of other areas of law, including contract law, general liability, and insurance defense. He has litigated cases in both state and federal courts and is admitted to practice in all Florida courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Craig began his legal career with the Office of the Public Defender for the 9th Judicial Circuit, representing clients charged with crimes ranging from misdemeanors to first-degree felonies, where he had the opportunity to gain significant trial experience.

Craig was born in Boston, Massachusetts, where he was raised for the majority of his childhood. After attending Saint Andrews School in Boca Raton, Florida, Craig attended the University of New Hampshire, where he majored in political science and minored in business administration and justice studies. Craig then earned his law degree from Western New England College School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Craig served as a production editor for the Western New England Law Review.
