MIAMI, FL – May 1, 2018 – Attorney Peter Quinter, shareholder and chair of the Customs and International Trade Law Group in GrayRobinson’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices, presented as part of the seminar “Everything You Need to Know About Customs and Trade Enforcement” at the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association seminar on April 18, 2018. The seminar discussed, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) seizures of merchandise for trademark violations, including gray market articles, understanding the administrative CBP detention and seizure process, filing a claim with CBP's Fines, Penalties & Forfeitures and the petition process, etc.
