Attorney Thomas A. Cloud, B.C.S., shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Orlando law firm office and head of the firm’s municipal utilities practice group, is presiding at the 36th Annual Florida Municipal Attorneys Association Seminar from July 27th to July 29th, 2017 at the Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort and Golf Club. Cloud currently serves as President for the Florida Municipal Attorneys Association.
