Jack Reiter Presents at ABA Appellate Practice Regional Seminar

MIAMI, FL – April 24, 2017 – Attorney Jack R. Reiter, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami law firm office and co-chair of the Appellate practice group, will present at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Appellate Practice Regional Seminar on April 28, 2017. His presentation, part of a panel titled, "Pre-Trial Preservation: Paving the Way to Ensure the Client Is in the Best Position Possible for Early Case Resolution or Trial," will discuss the opportunities and pitfalls that practitioners and clients face during the pre-trial stage of litigation. Topics will include effective use of motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment and motions in limine. The Appellate Practice Committee strives to demystify the appellate process through its programs and the work of its subcommittees. Committee members monitor current developments in case law, proposed amendments to procedural rules and proposals for legislation. Subcommittees also work on appellate institutes, the National Law Student Appellate Advocacy contest, program planning and numerous special assignments.
