MIAMI, FL – March 1, 2017 – Attorney Peter Quinter, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami and Fort Lauderdale law firm offices and chair of the Customs and International Trade Law group, will moderate at the American Bar Association’s conference titled, “The Future of the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT),” on April 5, 2017. The conference, co-sponsored by the Section of International Law and Customs Law Committee, will discuss the significant changes C-TPAT has made in the security criteria of the application, approval, certification, and recertification process, including required visits to the applicants and their primary overseas supply chain.
