FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – October 25, 2016 - Attorney Gary I. Resnick, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Fort Lauderdale law firm office and chair of the Intergovernmental Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will present at the Wireless Infrastructure Association’s (WIA) HetNetExpo 2016 on October 26, 2016. His presentation titled, "DAS and Small Cell Deployments: Perspectives From Local Governments," will discuss communications companies such as Mobilitie and others seeking to deploy wireless communications infrastructure in rights-of-ways, easements, and on other property, federal, state and local laws that may apply to the construction of such facilities, and concerns of local governments and the communications industry. The WIA represents companies that make up the wireless infrastructure ecosystem in the United States. Members include wireless carriers, infrastructure providers and professional services firms that collectively own and operate more than 135,000 telecommunications facilities around the globe.
