FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – June 29, 2016 – Attorney Gary I. Resnick, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Fort Lauderdale law firm office, chair of the firm’s Communications, Cable and Broadband Practice Group and chair of the Intergovernmental Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), presented at the National Association of Telecommunications Officers And Advisors’ (NATOA) webinar titled, "Problems in the Rights of Way: Wireless Siting Concerns," on June 21, 2016. Mr. Resnick presented on various providers efforts to use the public rights of way for wireless facilities under Florida law. NATOA is the premier local government association that provides support to local and state governments on state and federal communications issues.
