MIAMI, FL – April 3, 2015 – Marlene Quintana, a shareholder in the Miami office of GrayRobinson, will present at The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section’s Advanced Labor Topics 2015. Scheduled for May 29 – 30, 2015 in Sarasota, Florida, the program is an Advanced Level CLE Course and Quintana’s panel presentation will be, "Recent Litigation Trends Under the FLSA."
With over 18 years of legal experience, Quintana has sustained a record of impressive accomplishments by providing strategic direction and legal counsel on a range of labor and employment law matters for both private and public sector employers. She is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law, a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and former Chair of the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
