BOCA RATON, FL – May 1, 2014 – Michelle F. Tanzer, chair of the Residential, Resort & Club Section and a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Boca Raton office, presented at the Council of Country Club Presidents meeting at Boca West Country Club on April 30, 2014. Her presentation, “How to Save Time, Money and Reputation with Conflict Management Systems in Golf and Country Clubs,” was shared with approximately 85 attendees. The Council of Country Club Presidents meets quarterly to share information and discuss issues affecting private and residential clubs in the general vicinity of Palm Beach County.

Tanzer focuses her practice on structuring and preparing the necessary documents for residential and resort communities and clubs, including branded residences, such as club membership plans, master and condominium declarations, management and licensing agreements, rental program documents, reciprocal easement agreements, and the related ancillary documents. She authored the book, "The Club Litigation Book - Keeping Clubs out of Court," is a  Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator and serves on the National Golf Industry Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
