Brian Fender to Present on "The Basics of Bond Financing" at Florida Association of Counties (FAC) Workshop

TAMPA, FL - February 7, 2014 - Brian J. Fender, shareholder in GrayRobinson's Tampa office, will give a presentation entitled "The Basics of Bond Financing" at the FAC Certified County Commissioner Workshop, "Financial Management." The course will provide guidance for commissioners to better manage their county’s fiscal affairs.  Participants will gain a basic understanding of the state’s fiscal trends, budgeting process, revenue sources available to their counties and the what, when and how to issue debt. Fender practices in the areas of public finance, corporate, securities and real estate.
