Two GR Attorneys Present at 38th Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar

JACKSONVILLE, FL – February 6, 2014 - Jason Burnett, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Jacksonville office and Frank P. Terzo, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami office, will be speakers at the 38th Annual Alexander L. Paskay Memorial Bankruptcy Seminar March 13-15, 2014 in Tampa, Florida. The annual ABI Seminar features prominent regional and national speakers joined by 9 bankruptcy judges to discuss both commercial and consumer bankruptcy issues. Several networking events and ethics CLE are also provided.

Burnett is an AV rated attorney who practices in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy and is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy issues.  He has substantial experience representing debtors in Chapter 11 cases from the prefiling stage through confirmation and post-confirmation activities. He has also represented creditors, trustees and committees in all aspects of cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, he has represented creditors, assignors and assignees in state court assignments for the benefit of creditors. His experience also extends to the litigation of contract disputes, construction disputes and complex debt workouts.

Terzo is the Executive Partner and Chair of GrayRobinson's Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. His practice is devoted to a wide range of insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and consumer clients in complex workouts, bankruptcies, assignment for the benefit of creditors and receiverships.  He has also represented creditor's committees and Chapter 11 and 7 trustees. In addition, his practice encompasses both the prosecution and defense of all forms of complex bankruptcy litigation, including preference, fraudulent transfers and complex contested matters.
