FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – November 18, 2013 - Gary I. Resnick, a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A will be part of a panel at the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors’ (NATOA) "The Courts, The Hill and The FCC – A Year in Review and Setting the Stage for 2014" on Monday, December 2, 2013. The panel of experts will assess how 2013 affected policy and practice on key communications issues and will provide their views of what may be coming in 2014, and how local governments can prepare.
Resnick focuses his practice at GrayRobinson on communications and cable law, state and local regulatory affairs, land use and utilities. Resnick was previously the Director of Law and Public Policy for MediaOne, one of the largest cable and broadband corporations in the country. In addition, the South Florida Legal Guide has named Gary one of the top lawyers in South Florida and he has been featured in the Daily Business Review as one of the prominent attorneys in the Florida. He currently serves on the Federal Communication Commission’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee and chairs the Florida League of Cities Technology Committee.
He received his Juris Doctor with Honors from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
