GrayRobinson Shareholder Frederick S. Schrils will speak at the national financial institution's annual Private Wealth Management Conference, September 29 – October 1, 2013 in Orlando, Florida. His presentation is entitled "Doing Good Business," focusing on implementing good business practices to avoid customer complaints and protect one's self in the event a dispute arises.
Schrils’ practice area is commercial litigation, with an emphasis in securities litigation and arbitration proceedings. He regularly represents securities and financial services industry clients, including banks, broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisors, and financial planners, in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings conducted by the Financial Industry Regulatory Association, the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, the National Futures Association, the Pacific Stock Exchange, the American Arbitration Association (and its International Center for Dispute Resolution) and Judicial and Administrative Services. He also represents corporate issuers, officers and directors in class action cases and shareholder derivative proceedings.
