Gary I. Resnick Presents on IP Network Policy

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – September 16, 2013 - Gary I. Resnick, a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A recently presented on the topic "Implications of the IP Transition for Legal and Regulatory Policy" at the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors 2013 Annual Conference on September 16, 2013, in Orlando. During his presentation, he covered issues related to FCC oversight and the role of state and local authorities in the emerging regulatory framework.

Resnick focuses his area of practice at GrayRobinson on state and local regulatory affairs, communications and cable law, land use and utilities. He holds bar admissions in the state of Florida, as well as New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Resnick was previously the Director of Law and Public Policy for MediaOne, one of the largest cable and broadband corporations in the country. In addition, the South Florida Legal Guide has named Gary one of the top lawyers in South Florida and he has been featured in the Daily Business Review as one of the prominent attorneys in the Florida. He currently serves on the Federal Communication Commission’s Intergovernmental Advisory Committee.

He received his Juris Doctor with Honors from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
