MIAMI, FL - September 11, 2013 - Peter Quinter, Shareholder and Chair of the Customs & International Trade Law Group at GrayRobinson, P.A., has been selected to present on “When Things Go Wrong: What Triggers CPB Enforcement and Penalties – Lessons Learned” as well as “Free Trade Agreement Success Stories – How to Maximize Duty Savings Under Korea, Colombia and DR-CAFTA, PTPA” at the American Conference Institute’s 2nd U.S. Customs Compliance Boot Camp on November 19-20, 2013.

Mr. Quinter principally represents persons and companies involved in international trade and transportation, including litigation in the Federal courts located in Florida and the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York. Florida Bar Board Certified in International Law, he was appointed by the Florida Bar to the International Law Certification Committee. Mr. Quinter served as legal counsel at the Southeast Regional Headquarters of the United States Customs Service (now known as U.S. Customs and Border Protection) in Miami, Florida. He provides legal advice and representation to companies  and individuals in civil and criminal prosecutions on a variety of customs violations, including alleged free trade agreements, trade embargoes, and export controls.
