The 2013 Bond Attorneys' Workshop will address matters of critical importance to the municipal finance industry. This year the program will sum up the year's securities law developments, IRS enforcement activity, and tax reform proposals. Attendees will hear about the current thinking on MSRB rules, pension disclosure, Dodd Frank, crisis driven transactions and financial distress, and direct purchases. Chicago's Mayor, Rahm Emanuel, will address the general session on Wednesday.
