Rex E. Moule, attorney in GrayRobinson’s Melbourne office, recently taught a Wills, Trusts and Estates Certification Review Course for the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee.
Rex presented "Tenancy by the Entirety and Jointly-Held Property" at the Orlando seminar held April 5. Other topics included probate and trust litigation, taxes, elective share and homestead, and trust accounting.
Rex is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law. He is also board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in Tax Law. Rex has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory's highest accolade: an "AV" rating.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals. Rex was selected by his peers in 2012 and 2013 to be included in The Best Lawyers in America.
