Elisabeth Crane Attorney At Law

Elisabeth Crane focuses her practice on corporate and business transactions, tax, real estate, estate planning, and health care matters. Elisabeth represents businesses in a variety of industries, including real estate developers, lenders and financial institutions, healthcare providers, local governments and special districts, including the North Brevard County Hospital District, Space Florida, and the Orange County Library District. She has assisted clients in the preparation and negotiation of asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, real estate purchase agreements, leases, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other general commercial contracts.

• Background

  Elisabeth grew up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Florida where she majored in criminology and law and minored in history. Elisabeth received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019. In 2020, she completed her LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During her free time, Elisabeth enjoys going out on the boat with her black lab and dachshund.
