Conflicts Analyst

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening in Orlando for a Conflicts Analyst.  This position reports to the Business Intake Manager.  The Conflicts Analyst collects and analyzes information pertinent to opening new clients and new matters for existing clients, processes client lists for potential lateral hires, and trains users on the Firm’s intake system.  Primary responsibility involves critical thinking and analytical skills necessary to process new business data while adhering to established intake procedures.

Other necessary attributes include:

  1. Effective research and investigative skills pertaining to corporate structures and affiliated corporate entities;
  2. Proactive communication including successful composition of detailed reports and the ability to convey substantive details;
  3. Ability to work independently; and
  4. Attention to detail, including proof reading and reviewing reports and data for completeness and accuracy.
