GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an opening in our Orlando office for a Paralegal with 8+ years of wealth transfer, estate and trust administration experience, including preparation of estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns and electronic filing of probate court documents.  The Ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills, strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.  The position requires effective communication skills -- both verbal and written.  Necessary computer skills include Microsoft Office 2010 suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.  Familiarity with Aderant billing software and a tax program, such as Onvio Tax, is a plus.
