Corporate Legal Assistant

GrayRobinson, a full-service law and lobbying firm with attorneys and government relations professionals throughout 15 offices spanning the State of Florida and Washington, DC, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Legal Assistant in our Miami office.  This position will assist and support all aspects of a corporate practice.  The successful candidate has 5+ years of Legal Administrative support experience.  Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.  Primary duties include general file maintenance, attorney time entry, scheduling, electronic expense requests, electronic file opening, conflict check requests, among other administrative duties.  The ideal candidate must also have a keen eye for detail while working independently, be self-motivated, proactive and able to communicate well in written and oral form in a professional setting. Experience with Microsoft office is required, Excel and PowerPoint also a plus.
