JACKSONVILLE, FL – October 3, 2014 – Reese J. Henderson, Jr., shareholder in GrayRobinson's Jacksonville office, has been named to the Leadership St. Johns Class of 2015. The annual educational program is designed to foster the development of business and community leaders in St. Johns County by providing participants with a comprehensive overview of the challenges facing the community. Leadership St. Johns also offers participants the opportunity to build relationships with other current and aspiring community leaders from across a broad section of industries and organizations in St. Johns County.
Henderson is a Florida Bar certified construction attorney. He has more than 15 years of experience litigating a variety of construction-related matters for owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, sureties, manufacturers and condominium associations. He has handled litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal court and before the American Arbitration Association in both Florida and Georgia. Henderson also advises clients on contract drafting, construction licensing, defense of licensing board enforcement actions, construction lien enforcement and proper payment issues.
