GrayRobinson Welcomes Experienced Land Use Attorney to Orlando Office

ORLANDO, FL – March 20, 2014 – GrayRobinson welcomes Thomas R. "Tom" Sullivan as co-chair of the firm’s Land Use Department and shareholder in the Orlando office. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, Tom was a partner with Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor and Reed, P.A.

In his practice, Sullivan handles all aspects of land use and development for landowners, developers, homebuilders, and investors throughout Central Florida. He has practiced extensively in Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Polk and Volusia counties, as well as the municipalities within those counties. He has significant experience with comprehensive planning, Developments of Regional Impact (DRIs), sector planning, rezoning, annexations and other land use matters. His experience also includes the representation of local, national and international clients in real estate transactions, finance, retail and office leasing, master declarations, planned unit developments, subdivisions, annexation agreements, variances and conditional uses, vested rights and concurrency issues.

Sullivan has been recognized on numerous occasions in "Florida Rising Stars" by Florida Super Lawyers and as a "Legal Elite Up and Comer" by Florida Trend. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Home Builders Association of Mid-Florida (HBA) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.
