Jason Unger Appointed to UF College of Law Board of Trustees

Tallahassee, Fla. – June 8, 2020 – Jason L. Unger, managing shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tallahassee law firm office, was selected to serve on the UF College of Law’s Law Center Association (LCA) Board of Trustees. In this role, he will assist in the budgetary process and facilitate student mentoring programs.UF College of Law is ranked the 24th best law school in the nation and the 7th best public law school. Unger will serve a five-year term, after which he will be granted Emeritus status.

The LCA, established over 40 years ago, upholds the mission to support the College of Law by helping to recruit the best and brightest students, hiring graduates, engaging in continued networking within the Gator nation and providing general fundraising assistance.

Unger concentrates his practice in the areas of governmental affairs and administrative law matters, and regularly works with the executive branch agencies and the Legislature on behalf of his clients. He was a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission for 10 years, serving as chair during the administrations of Governor Rick Scott and Governor Ron DeSantis.
