GrayRobinson Welcomes Two New Associates

Orlando, Fla. – June 12, 2020 – GrayRobinson, P.A. is pleased to announce that Elisabeth Crane has joined the firm as an associate in the Orlando law firm office, and Pedro J. Chavarriaga has joined the firm as an associate in the Melbourne law firm office.

Crane will focus her practice in the areas of taxation, corporate, estate planning, real estate, and health care. She possesses a Tax LL.M. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, has experience preparing estate planning documents at a boutique law firm, and has a background clerking for 17th Circuit Court Judge Mark A. Speiser. She will utilize this prevalent knowledge and experience to aid her clients in achieving their legal goals.

Crane is admitted to practice law in Florida. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Florida, majoring in criminology and law and minoring in history. She received her juris doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she was an ambassador for the Introduction to Law School and the Profession and was also involved in the John Marshall Bar Association.

Chavarriaga will focus his practice on civil litigation. Prior to joining GrayRobinson, he was a summer associate at a law firm in the Washington, D.C. area specializing in construction, government contracts, and white collar matters. There, he gained invaluable experience working on federal regulatory compliance matters with international clients.

Prior to law school, Chavarriaga served as Deputy Court Clerk at the Brevard County Clerk of Courts where he was the designated supervising clerk in Brevard County’s Early Resolution Program and was the designated lead training clerk.

Chavarriaga graduated cum laude from the Florida Institute of Technology and received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center where he was the recipient of the prestigious Academic Excellence Scholarship. He was also a member of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. Pedro is fluent in Spanish, and is originally from Medellin, Colombia.
