Jeff Aaron Quoted in WFTV9 News as Orlando Settles Property Dispute

ORLANDO, FL – February 24, 2020 – Jeff Aaron, associate in GrayRobinson’s Orlando law firm office, was featured in the WFTV9 news segment and article discussing a property dispute that led to a fence being built through a home’s garage and pool. The article details the history of the property and how the City of Orlando got involved during the months-long dispute. The 4,000-square-foot home was built across three lots, with the owner at the time taking out two mortgagees with different banks. When the properties went into foreclosure, the side with the home went to a bank, and the other side went back to the property’s original owner. The home has been vacant now for six years.

The City Council voted on Monday to allow GrayRobinson client and owner of the small property to build a home on it. "It was a great outcome," said Aaron. "We paid good money for a piece of land. And for four years, Deutsche Bank has held us hostage, unable to develop our land." View the full story here.
