Rupa Lloyd Elected to the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

GAINESVILLE, FL – January 31, 2020 – Health care attorney Rupa S. Lloyd, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Gainesville and Jacksonville law firm offices, was nominated, and unanimously elected, to the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for the 2020-2021 term. In this role, Lloyd will be a representation of the Chamber’s core values of leadership, integrity, innovation, collaboration, sustainability, and will support the Chamber’s vision to be global hub of talent, innovation and opportunity in the Greater Gainesville region.

Lloyd has nearly two decades of experience in health law, specializing in health care operational, corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. She advises clients in many facets of their business, including privacy and data security, fraud and abuse, corporate governance, labor relations, licensure and discipline, quality improvement and healthcare risk management. She routinely conducts due diligence including the preparation and negotiation of agreements in connection with telehealth, software licensing, EMR, practice sale and acquisition, medical equipment, real property leases, physician employment and medical directorships.
