    TAMPA, FL – June 21, 2019 – Alcohol and food law attorney Elizabeth DeConti, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law firm office, was quoted in the QSR Magazine article “Restaurants Walk the Fine Line with Tech.” The article explores technology in the restaurant industry and at what point it becomes too invasive. “Frankly, a lot of retailers don’t know what to do with [biometric technology] because it’s a little bit of a Wild West from a legal perspective right now, though I expect that will change,” says DeConti of possible developments in privacy law.
