MIAMI, FL – May 30, 2019 – Veronica A. Meza, shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Miami law firm office was appointed co-chair of the Miami-Dade Chapter of The Florida Association for Women Lawyers’ Leadership Committee. As co-chair of this committee she will plan a series of CLE programs about practice and business development, as well as MDFAWL’s annual Leadership Summit in the spring of 2020. The Leadership Committee is dedicated to promoting leadership opportunities within the legal community to MDFAWL members by providing notice of open positions, assisting applicants through the nomination/application process, and providing recommendations for fellow MDFAWL applicants to achieve the overall advancement of women in the legal profession. The annual installation and awards dinner will take place on Tuesday, June 4.
Meza focuses her practice on complex commercial and financial institutions litigation at the trial and appellate levels, in state and federal courts. Veronica has also represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and in cross-border disputes before the International Center for Dispute Resolution.
