Stuart, Jr., of GrayRobinson’s government affairs and lobbying team, were featured in the Florida Politics article "Winners and Losers Emerging from the 2019 Legislative Session." The article gives a recap of the 2019 Legislative Session, announcing the "winners and losers." Carmody, Flury and Stuart were mentioned for their representation of Orange County and their work on HB 7125, which makes bringing a cell phone into jail a third-degree felony.

The Florida Politics article "Sine Die: Central Florida’s Winners in the 2020 Budget," further presents the GrayRobinson government affairs and lobbying team’s accomplishments for their Central Florida clients. The team assisted clients BRIDG, Oviedo, Port Canaveral, 4Roots, Orange County mental health receiving centers and Opioid funding, and City of Orlando rapid DNA, who are featured in the article as winners of the 2020 budget. Topping the charts as the highest funded item for Central Florida in either the House or Senate was Osceola County’s BRIDG high-tech center. With the help of the GrayRobinson team, the BRIDG high-tech center is in line to receive $4.5 million dollars in the proposed 2019-2020 state budget.
