    FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – March 13, 2019 – Attorney Stephen K. Tilbrook, a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Fort Lauderdale law firm office, was elected to serve as Chair of the Executive Leadership Council for the College of Allopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University.

    The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is comprised of an esteemed group of community leaders who support the mission of the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine (NSU MD), advise the Dean on pertinent issues, and serve as ambassadors for the college. The ELC has three priorities:

    • Advise - Provide advice and counsel on NSU MD matters for which the Dean seeks assistance. This may include such issues as strategic planning and assessment, enhancing academic standards and performance, and more
    • Support - Regard NSU MD as a philanthropic priority
    • Connect - Build relationships with individuals and organizations whose missions align with the college


    Tilbrook focuses his practice on complex land use, development and environmental matters throughout the state of Florida.  Stephen represents property owners, expanding businesses, developers, financial institutions and institutional clients, including hospitals, universities and real estate investment trusts. He focuses on addressing the land use and environmental challenges of urban redevelopment, including brownfields, developments of regional impact, barrier island redevelopment, downtown development, marina developments, special entertainment districts, and mixed-use development.
