GrayRobinson Expands in Southwest Florida with Addition of Two Attorneys

NAPLES, FLORIDA – January 8, 2018 – GrayRobinson, P.A. strengthens its real estate, litigation and banking transactional practices with the addition of Richard J. Swift, Jr. as a shareholder in Naples and Fort Myers and Shaun M. Garry as of counsel in Naples.

Swift joins the real estate and banking transactional practice groups. With nearly 20 years of experience, he counsels business owners, landowners and developers, and provides transactional counsel for banks, commercial lenders and financial institutions. He has experience in commercial lending and workouts, residential and commercial real estate law, labor and employment law, and corporate and general business law.

Swift earned his undergraduate degree from St. John Fisher College and his law degree from Syracuse University.

Garry joins the real estate, trust and estates, and business transactions practice groups. His experience includes estate planning, estate administration, prenuptial agreements, business and corporate law, joint ventures and representing financial institutions before federal and state courts. In addition to his transactional practice, he advises on residential real estate matters, real estate disputes, general civil litigation, commercial and business litigation, construction litigation, probate litigation and electronic discovery.

Garry earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College and his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law.
