GrayRobinson Welcomes Two Attorneys to its Tampa Office

TAMPA, FL – March 26, 2018 – GrayRobinson, P.A. announced today that attorneys Julia C. Mandell and David B. Williams have joined the firm as shareholder and of counsel, respectively, in its Tampa office.

Mandell formerly served as Tampa City Attorney. Williams formerly worked at Squire Patton Boggs’ Tampa office.

Board certified by The Florida Bar in city, county and local government law, Mandell has more than two decades of experience as a local government lawyer and in private practice. She counsels clients on land use, zoning, permitting, real estate, environmental, eminent domain, entitlement and telecommunications-related matters, including litigation. A third generation Floridian, Mandell earned her law degree from the University of Florida.

Williams joins GrayRobinson’s real estate practice group, where he will focus on commercial real estate transactions, including sales and leases, as well as land use and zoning, mortgage loan documentation, due diligence and issuance of title insurance-related legal issues.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Williams earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law.
