TAMPA, FL – August 31, 2017 – Banking and finance attorney David S. Hendrix, founder and chair of the firm’s banking and finance practice group and shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Tampa law firm office, has been named to The University of Tampa Board of Trustees.
Ultimate responsibility for The University of Tampa resides with the Board of Trustees, as governance of the University is legally invested in the Board. This group of outstanding professionals meets formally four times each year and provides oversight to all areas of the University and works to raise resources.
David founded and chairs the Firm’s banking and finance practice group, which represents over 65 banks in the areas of litigation, transactions, creditors’ rights, special assets and regulatory compliance. David and his team handle excess liability and "Bet the Company" litigation, Class Action Defense and Finance Litigation.
