LAKELAND, FL – February, 1, 2017 – GrayRobinson announced today attorney Keith Smith has joined the firm as a shareholder in its Lakeland office.
Smith’s legal practice focuses on matters involving corporate and estate planning. As a part of his corporate practice, Smith serves as outside general counsel for many companies including Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative Inc., one of the largest rural electric cooperatives in the nation.

Smith’s previous experience includes working as a senior attorney and vice president for Citigroup Inc. and as a partner with Trinkle, Redman, Coton, Davis and Smith P.A. Smith is a graduate of Widener University School of Law.
