Community Leader Forum – Jacksonville – Featuring Scott Moore, Founder, Maple Street Biscuit Company

JACKSONVILLE, FL – October 4, 2016 – On September 29, 2016, GrayRobinson’s Jacksonville law firm office hosted a Community Leader Forum featuring Scoot Moore, Founder, Maple Street Biscuit Company. Attorney Jason Burnett and attorney Alex Hill hosted the lunch held at the River Club in downtown, Jacksonville. Scott Moore’s presentation was titled, "How a Community Store Makes Dough." With his founding team in attendance, Moore emphasized the company’s core values, such as gracious service and community involvement which forms the bedrock of Maple Street Biscuit Company, along with his strategic vision for brand development and expansion in the future. 

Scott Moore, along with co-founder Gus Evans, developed and established Maple Street Biscuit Company in 2012. Based heavily in Jacksonville, this local company which focuses on comfort food with a modern twist, gained popularity quickly and has been featured on the Food Network. Moore has more than 20 years’ leadership experience in Fortune 500 multi-unit retail operations. He has significant experience in human resources, training and development and operations. Scott has been operating restaurants since November 2012, when the flagship restaurant opened in Jacksonville, Florida.
