Eminent Domain Attorneys Join GrayRobinson in Tallahassee

TALLAHASSEE, FL – March 1, 2016 – Two attorneys join GrayRobinson’s Tallahassee law office as shareholders, expanding the firm’s eminent domain and condemnation law practice group.

Gino A. Luzietti was a licensed real estate appraiser and worked in an appraisal firm specializing in eminent domain matters for a number of years before attaining his law degree. Having been involved in many significant eminent domain cases, some of which are among the largest in the state, he has significant knowledge of this practice area. Luzietti was involved in the Topsail Hill project, which represented one of Florida's largest land condemnation and acquisition cases. He regularly deals with cases that are in excess of $500,000 and handles many matters for significant lending institutions. He also worked on the valuation of the Miami Circle site.

Michael J. Tomkiewicz focuses on Florida eminent domain and property rights litigation, including the representation of owners and businesses in condemnation actions, inverse condemnation, regulatory takings, Bert J. Harris claims, land use and zoning disputes, as well as real estate related commercial and partnership litigation. He has successfully represented property owners in many difficult and novel cases, at both the trial and appellate levels. Tomkiewicz represents a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from large national companies to local Florida companies and individual property owners, including gas stations, shopping centers, doctor's offices, churches and homeowners.
